The Wallace Collection is a national museum which displays the wonderful works of art collected in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Numerically, the European and Oriental Armoury collections total nearly two-and-a-half thousand objects, by far the largest part of the Wallace Collection as a whole.

 

I created this animation for the Wallace Collection. I was interested in amusing facial expression of the multiple helmets and felt each of them seems that they store the soul. I chose helmets as my main characters, and imagined the whole life of the main helmets before they was displayed in the museum. In addition, I also attempted to design an interactive film for young children when they visit the Wallace Collection. Children could play with this app to create their own helmets and make some amusing videos. They could choose any helmet they like, changing the color, the action and the background and so on.
